A MIM School egy olyan k\u00e9pz\u00e9si programk\u00e9nt indult, amelyet kifejezetten \u00fcgyfeleknek, leend\u0151 partnereknek, \u00faj munkat\u00e1rsaknak \u00e9s besz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3knak hoztunk l\u00e9tre, akik szeretn\u00e9nek m\u00e9lyebb betekint\u00e9st nyerni a f\u00e9mfr\u00f6ccs\u00f6nt\u00e9s (Metal Injection Molding \u2013 MIM) folyamat\u00e1ba. A program 2005-\u00f6s indul\u00e1sa \u00f3ta az ARC t\u00f6bb mint 250 r\u00e9sztvev\u0151t k\u00e9pzett ki a MIM-technol\u00f3gia alapjaira.\nA szemin\u00e1rium l\u00e9p\u00e9sr\u0151l l\u00e9p\u00e9sre v\u00e9gigvezeti a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151ket a teljes MIM-folyamaton, az alapanyagokt\u00f3l \u00e9s a kever\u00e9kgy\u00e1rt\u00e1st\u00f3l kezdve eg\u00e9szen a m\u00e1sodlagos megmunk\u00e1l\u00e1sokig. Az elm\u00e9leti oktat\u00e1st gyakorlati, gy\u00e1rt\u00f3csarnokban zajl\u00f3 bemutat\u00f3k eg\u00e9sz\u00edtik ki, \u00edgy a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k val\u00f3s k\u00f6rnyezetben ismerhetik meg a technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t.<\/p>\n

A gy\u00e1rt\u00f3ter\u00fcleten tett l\u00e1togat\u00e1sok sor\u00e1n a r\u00e9sztvev\u0151k nemcsak az elm\u00e9leti megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9st, hanem azokat a m\u0171szaki szakembereket is megismerik, akik napi szinten dolgoznak a MIM-folyamaton. Since its inception in 2005, ARC has trained over 250 \u201cstudents\u201d on the basics of Metal Injection Molding. The seminar walks attendees through all aspects of MIM from powders and compounding to secondary processes by using both classroom instruction and hands-on training on the manufacturing floor.
