A MIM technol\u00f3gia el\u0151nyei k\u00f6z\u00e9 tartozik az el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s sebess\u00e9ge \u00e9s volumene, ezzel az elj\u00e1r\u00e1ssal ugyanis gyorsan nagy mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 alkatr\u00e9szt lehet el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtani. Szint\u00e9n a MIM mellett sz\u00f3l, hogy olyan par\u00e1nyi \u00e9s apr\u00f3l\u00e9kosan kidolgozott alkatr\u00e9szek sorozatgy\u00e1rt\u00e1sa is megoldhat\u00f3 vele, amelyeket m\u00e1s technol\u00f3gi\u00e1val lehetetlen lenne el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtani. A harmadik \u00e9rv, ami miatt sokan v\u00e1lasztj\u00e1k a MIM technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t, az a szinte minim\u00e1lis anyagvesztes\u00e9g, a gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s sor\u00e1n keletkezett hullad\u00e9kot ugyanis majdnem 100%-ban fel lehet haszn\u00e1lni \u00fajra, ami jelent\u0151sen cs\u00f6kkentheti az el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9geket. Ezek a tulajdons\u00e1gok rendk\u00edv\u00fcl vonz\u00f3v\u00e1 teszik a MIM technol\u00f3gi\u00e1t az aut\u00f3iparban is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Turb\u00f3lap\u00e1tok a legnagyobb m\u00e1rk\u00e1knak<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az AFT egyik legn\u00e9pszer\u0171bb term\u00e9ke a mostan\u00e1ig t\u00f6bb t\u00edzmilli\u00f3 p\u00e9ld\u00e1nyban gy\u00e1rtott turb\u00f3lap\u00e1t, amely olyan ismert aut\u00f3m\u00e1rk\u00e1k turb\u00f3motorjainak n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zhetetlen eleme, mint az Audi, a Hyundai, a KIA vagy a Volkswagen. A Magyarorsz\u00e1gon gy\u00e1rtott turb\u00f3lap\u00e1tok megrendel\u0151je a Garrett \u2013 Advancing Motion, ennek a sv\u00e1jci v\u00e1llalatnak az \u00fczemeiben szerelik \u00f6ssze azokat a turb\u00f3motorokat, amelyek v\u00e9g\u00fcl az aut\u00f3kba ker\u00fclnek. A motorok alkatr\u00e9szeit esetenk\u00e9nt ak\u00e1r t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1z k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 alv\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 k\u00e9sz\u00edti, m\u00edg egy k\u00e9sz g\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171nek ak\u00e1r ezern\u00e9l is t\u00f6bb besz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00f3ja is lehet. Az AFT gy\u00e1rtotta turb\u00f3lap\u00e1tok el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz vit\u00e1n fel\u00fcl a MIM technol\u00f3gia a leghat\u00e9konyabb m\u00f3dszer. Ezt nemcsak a gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s gyorsas\u00e1ga \u00e9s volumene indokolja, hanem az alapanyagk\u00e9nt haszn\u00e1lt HK30 ac\u00e9l\u00f6tv\u00f6zet is, amelynek ugyan\u00fagy b\u00edrnia kell a 600-800 \u00baC-os h\u0151m\u00e9rs\u00e9kletet, mint a \u201330 \u00baC-ot, ennek megfelel\u0151en viszonylag dr\u00e1ga anyagr\u00f3l van sz\u00f3, ez\u00e9rt fel\u00e9rt\u00e9kel\u0151dik a MIM minim\u00e1lis anyagvesztes\u00e9ggel j\u00e1r\u00f3 technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A BMW-t\u0151l a Tesl\u00e1ig<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Az AFT gy\u00e1r\u00e1ban a turb\u00f3lap\u00e1tok mellett egy\u00e9b, g\u00e9pj\u00e1rm\u0171vek gy\u00e1rt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges alkatr\u00e9szek is k\u00e9sz\u00fclnek \u2013 p\u00e9ld\u00e1ul \u00fczemanyagfecskendez\u0151kbe vagy szenzorokba gy\u00e1rtott elemek. Ezeknek az alkatr\u00e9szeknek a v\u00e9gs\u0151 megrendel\u0151i pedig olyan k\u00f6zismert m\u00e1rk\u00e1k, mint a Caterpillar, a BMW, a Citro\u00ebn, a Ford vagy \u00e9ppen a Tesla.
